We are proud to announce the addition of this popular Miss America Local title, Miss Central Florida to the Miss City Beautiful Scholarship Pageant in 2017. We're also happy to include Miss Central Florida's Outstanding Teen title to the evening program and crowning ceremony. Scholarship Pageant Stays in Downtown Orlando for Second Year. To accommodate these additions to the program, the venue has changed to the much larger Howard Middle School Academy for the Visual & Perfor
