Miss City Beautiful Scholarship Pageant Announces the Addition of Miss Central Florida!

We are proud to announce the addition of this popular Miss America Local title, Miss Central Florida to the Miss City Beautiful Scholarship Pageant in 2017. We're also happy to include Miss Central Florida's Outstanding Teen title to the evening program and crowning ceremony.

Scholarship Pageant Stays in Downtown Orlando for Second Year.

To accommodate these additions to the program, the venue has changed to the much larger Howard Middle School Academy for the Visual & Performing Arts.

The Miss City Beautiful & Miss Central Florida Scholarship Pageant is a program of the Downtown Arts District of Orlando, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization relying on contributions from generous members of our community. With the help of volunteers and partnership with the Downtown Orlando Partnership, the scholarship pageant helps young women pay for college and prepare for a career through hands-on leadership; all while gaining life experience, working on issues of importance to society, enhancing personal and professional skills and developing artistic expression.

The Miss City Beautiful & Miss Central Florida Scholarship Pageant is an official local franchise of the Miss America Organization, one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and one of the world’s largest provider of scholarship assistance for young women.
